3/9/2026 -

In this episode, Juliet Kasiita delves into the transformative power of surrender in leadership. She begins by recounting her personal struggle with control, where the weight of responsibilities led to exhaustion and a realization that she was trying to manage everything on her own. Juliet shares how this experience taught her the importance of trusting God and releasing control, which she describes as a liberating shift in her leadership approach.

Juliet uses the Biblical examples of Moses and Martha to illustrate the pitfalls of overburdening oneself with control. She explains how these stories resonated with her, prompting a shift from a performance-driven mindset to one of faith and trust. Juliet emphasizes that true leadership involves recognizing when to step back and allow others to contribute, fostering a culture of empowerment and collaboration.

Throughout the discussion, Juliet highlights the role of prayer and a transformed mindset in sustaining a posture of surrender. She encourages listeners to embrace humility and trust in God's timing, noting that this approach not only reduces stress but also enhances leadership effectiveness. Juliet's insights are a testament to the peace and clarity that come from aligning one's work with divine purpose.
