Leadership and Legacy

8/23/2021 -

In Episode 7 of the Faith for Work podcast, Greg Atchison shares that being a Christian is not something we are, while work is something we do. Being Christian is something that we can do and that we show by our actions. Greg also discusses legacy and how it spreads well beyond the business leaders he serves through C12. When we empower others to live out God-given skills and values, there is a ripple of legacy affecting families, coworkers, direct reports, and supervisors. A small group of people can influence a workplace, homes, and even communities.

Greg Atchison is the Chair of C12 in St. Louis, an organization advancing the Kingdom of God in the lives of business owners and their companies. Greg also has nearly 40 years of combined military, corporate, and academic experience. As such, he has been involved with the development of Boeing’s emerging leaders, senior managers, and executives from around the globe. A life-long learner, Greg has a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a specialization in Leadership, and he holds a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation. He enjoys fly fishing, reading, and anything that involves being outside with his wife, Nancy, and their 14-year-old Siberian Husky.
